A Note from Susan: A heartfelt update, a season of gratitude, and what comes next

March 11, 2026 

After much reflection, I have made the heartfelt decision to close the Murray Ave Apothecary brick-and-mortar pharmacy and in-house lab this summer.

This is not a decision I made lightly. For nearly two decades on Murray Avenue — and throughout my 45 years in pharmacy practice — it has been my privilege to help so many wonderful clients and their furry family members. Your trust, loyalty, and friendship have meant more to me than I can ever fully express.

As I prepare for this next chapter, I want you to know I have been very busy behind the scenes thoughtfully planning what comes next.

To thank the MAA and LabNaturals, Inc. community, I am holding an ONLINE Client Gratitude Sale across ALL LabNaturals.com brand sites, as well as in store while current inventory lasts.

What This Means for Your Favorite Products

• LabNaturalsSKINcare and Acetyl Glutathione will continue to be available online at LabNaturalsSKINcare.com.

• Private-label products and supplements, including certain key hormone-support favorites such as OTC progesterone, will transition to my online Professional Supplement Dispensary, which is already in place and will become a larger part of this next chapter as current inventory sells through.

• I am working hard behind the scenes to either continue offering my current CBD products or find a replacement CBD product that meets my standards.

• Certain pharmacy-lab favorites will remain available while current inventory lasts — now is a good time to stock up.

• VitalHealthPharmacist.com will continue as my main online hub for health blogs, hormone education, consultations, and at-home test kits.

Most importantly, I am not stepping away from the work I love most.

I will continue as Susan Merenstein, RPh — Holistic Consultant Pharmacist — The Vital Health Pharmacist™, focusing on education, consultations, supplementation, and helping people better understand their health.

As my dad always said, “Don’t say goodbye, say so long.”

So please know — this is not goodbye. I look forward to sharing more with you as I step into my Third Act.
