For nearly twenty years, Murray Avenue Apothecary was a place where people found personalized care, trusted guidance, and pharmacist-compounded prescriptions. Every conversation, consultation, and formulation reinforced what I have always believed—that education and individualized care empower people to make informed decisions about their health.
Those years of listening, learning, and compounding laid the foundation for everything I do today—from Hormone Balance & Healthy Aging Consultations to my LabNaturalsCBD™ , pharmacist formulated SKINcare, and absorbable Glutathione formulations.
This transition has been unfolding over time. In March 2024, I completed my transition away from prescription compounding, allowing me to focus more fully on the next phase of my professional journey. Fortunately, LabNaturals, Inc., which I founded in 2018, had already been growing alongside Murray Avenue Apothecary through my educational resources, LabNaturals product lines, and holistic consultation practice. Phase III is a natural evolution of that journey—not a new beginning.
Today, Phase III officially begins.
I’m not stepping away. I’m creating a new way to continue serving you.
I’d also like to recognize Trish, who continues to be an important part of this transition. Many of you know her as the friendly voice and caring person who has helped you over the years. She’ll continue serving as your Client Care Coordinator, answering questions, and helping make your experience with LabNaturals as smooth as possible.

As LabNaturals continues to grow, I’m pleased to continue offering my LabNaturalsCBD™ Nano Pain Cream and CBD Capsules.
The Nano Pain Cream is a pharmacist-formulated (me) topical developed after years of working with clients seeking targeted support. CBD Capsules remain available for those who prefer an oral option.

Continuing Longtime Specialty Formulations

My goal is to continue helping clients with products I developed while collaborating with younger colleagues in this next chapter.

2026 has been a year of significant transition for me professionally as I move from a traditional brick-and-mortar pharmacy/compounding lab model (established in 2007) to an online consulting and education-focused practice through VitalHealthPharmacist.com, LabNaturals, Inc, and the LabNaturals Online Supplement Dispensary.
My passion for education, hormone balance, healthy aging, and helping people better understand their health remains stronger than ever.

Healthcare is changing as more people seek education, personalized guidance, and proactive approaches to health from the comfort of their own homes. As I enter what I often call my “Third Act,” I am embracing that shift and focusing my energy on the areas that are most meaningful to me.

My consultation services remain focused on laboratory test interpretation, the balance between sex steroid, adrenal, and thyroid hormones, understanding food choices, and developing practical, “doable” protocols tailored to each client’s goals.
LabNaturalsSKINcare and Acetyl-Glutathione will remain available online at LabNaturalsSKINcare.com.
The LabNaturals Supplement Dispensary will be live on July 9th and is the online version of the physical Murray Avenue Apothecary supplement shelves (and current online products available at VitalHealthPharmacist.com). Clients will find all of the products they currently purchase from us, including many LabNaturals private-label products and carefully selected ingredient-equivalent alternatives. A complete product list will be available in the upcoming LabNaturals Supplement Dispensary Guide, along with information about discounts, promotions, client perks, and the convenience of direct-to-home delivery.
As part of this transition, some products will remain available only while supplies last, including our remaining LabNaturalsCBD inventory.
Many of you have also asked what comes next for LabNaturalsCBD and our Nano Liquid, Nano Pain Cream, Viddlez, and compounded Nano CBD capsules. Over the past several months, I have spent considerable time evaluating CBD companies and products in hopes of identifying a source I could confidently recommend. Unfortunately, I have not found a company that meets the standards of quality, transparency, labeling accuracy, and evidence-based formulation that I believe our clients deserve.
A pharmacist’s perspective and expertise are invaluable in an industry where product claims are not always supported by evidence.
I am currently speaking with two pharmacists regarding the possibility of continuing to compound Nano CBD capsules and potentially stock and drop ship our Nano Liquid, Nano Pain Cream, and Viddlez products to clients in the future.
While nothing has been finalized, I remain optimistic and committed to maintaining the high standards our educated clients have come to expect from LabNaturalsCBD since 2015.
This transition has also reminded me of something I have always believed: health is not something that happens to us—it is something we actively participate in every day.
My goal has always been to help people become aware of their symptoms, get educated, ask questions, and take a proactive role in their health.
I have been deeply touched by the support, encouragement, phone calls, emails, visits, and memories shared by so many wonderful clients, colleagues, physicians, students, and friends.
After nearly 19 years on Murray Avenue and more than 45 years in pharmacy practice, I am embracing the next chapter of my pharmacy journey. I hope you will come with me.
As my pharmacist father and hero used to say, “Don’t say goodbye, say so long.”
